idea is use BattleLan software to play LAN games,idea is same as Hamachi but when Hamachi is not working most of time BattleLan work everytime

google BattleLan and you find site where to download it,no need to install as it's just one file which works instantly->write IP where you want join and press start and it should connect if that IP is having LAN game running,it maybe good idea take firewalls off as they might prevent conecting

so basically this sounds much simpler than few others i have seen here,main work with this is motivation to be active,people need come here check is any servers up and who keeps server running needs at least inform here is his serv up or not

one way is that we create hole new area about servers,every person who run server write his IP there everytime he put serv up he edit his area with little comment->Online-Offline.
similar way as servers topic area with little difference,nobody ain't answering there anything or asking anything instead simply few lines about server name,IP where to join and is it Online or Offline

that why im testing it today,I use BattleLan and run LAN game non-dedicated server name is LV-426,if im away my name is AWAY otherwise I use my name

server Online ->

server Offline ->offline

IP - 82.181.191.237

Port - 27888 (if needed)

YES this works perfectly for sure...ok if someone doesn't figure out yet theres how it's done

download battlelan,start battlelan and write IP where you want join and press start,don't shut battlelan off it needs run under game,then go in game and join LAN games there you should see LAN game running and simply join there.
no need install anything it's one file that runs itself all along,player who host server probably need turn firewall off as it prevents others from connecting but joiners can keep it running (not good idea as it lags)

so simply as that and outstanding genious..all it really needs is players be active here messaging whether they have servers up and running so others can join

how much AJL is played today..hmm probably zero on average count,i have played twice with scar and few times with jegu when this "thing" happends and i try found alternative solution with battlelan but seems simple thing like battlelan is too hard some players so it's not working either

next way would be players make events where they can play by sending private messages here on forums and ask if someone wants play,ofcourse one of them have to be able run server

unfortnately AJL mode is dieing the team has yet to have included ajl in the new master server and we have yet to see R3 which im sure good enough based on the betas and it seems people have gave up on AJL dark days are here i hope you were ready.

Yeah, very fun coming from a party rejected by some ho then you go play the mod and see some asshole. It makes you have very violent thoughts.

Alot of people also still do not know about the unofficial server patch.

Once R3 is released there will undoubtly be a influx of people... Even then, you don't need many people to have a good game of AJL.

Yeah. I actually had better games and more fun when AJL Mod was less known.
