I don't think a pred could handle being under such a strict system such as human military.... they like being free to do whatever they please really. But yeah, treatment would be bad. And the language barrier would be kinda the same... it would just be easier for the pred to vocalize with humans. |

| um preds cant speak like us at all almost but they have to try really hard try pronoucing this AAIJHGufHD now in anther laangehae a diffrent aphlabet and stuff $%$#&&$(*&^$ whats that say and the pred would stay in its langauge WTF are u you talking about are you blind its i hardmeat eat.
its too much of a barriar and the fact that preds and humans hate each other can come into play to. |

heres the thing though...preds can understand and speak english.... whats to prevent the pred from using english with the humans... we don't know how much effort it takes..so I see no problem. Its possible, but not plausible. |

| well preds have great repect for ther emienes but never do they break the code unless the leader is gay and wants to break the code.
so anyways its like having a monkey join your army give it a gun and expect it to shoot at the right people or shoot it properly. |

code? What code? You mean the code that was constructed by friends and is really only present in the comic books and novels? |

Honor/code whatever you want to call it, is more or less a creation of the fans. they hunt for their enjoyment....that is it really. The 'honor' system is basicly for bragging rights. It can be broken at any time...also in Pred2 they needed a way to tell prey apart from the rest, so they choose the ones that are more capable of defending themselves... it doesn't mean they're honorable... Its the equiv of deer hunting. |

What I mean is, if they kill a creature that is completely defenseless, it could jeopardize their reputation or something along those lines. |

| AVP1 made no sense to me....it was just weird to see Aliens in Antarctica...I mean, come on, Antarctica? Why there? Its all ice...oh yay, theres a pyramid underground, so?
God, they should've kept AVP where it belongs, the 22nd-23rd Century...
Its 23rd Century for ALIENS? Right?
Or is it ALIEN was in 22nd Century and ALIENS was in 23rd...
Or you know, at least in the middle, sometime where they started colonization on other planets...
Maybe a back story of the Mining Facility being a Xenomorph Research Center...a back story to ALIEN would've been nice, starting off AVP at the time the Nostromo leaves, then everything could go to hell... |

Well... remember the story that it was an ancient civilization that predated egypt, maya etc etc. Probably back when the land masses were still close together... at least that's the idea.
ALIENS takes place in 2179.... July of 2179 to be exact. With the discovery of the derelict by the jordans and the ensuing colony battle taking place in June. |
