idea is use BattleLan software to play LAN games,idea is same as Hamachi but when Hamachi is not working most of time BattleLan work everytime

google BattleLan and you find site where to download it,no need to install as it's just one file which works instantly->write IP where you want join and press start and it should connect if that IP is having LAN game running,it maybe good idea take firewalls off as they might prevent conecting

Well I'm in the progress of making a new map, but have stumbled across a problem that seems to be hindering my ability to 'test' run the map via the 'Run' command in Dedit.

What exactly happens is that I process my level, no errors, and when I try to Run my map I get an error message saying "Could not load level". I have no idea whats causing this. Any 'constructive' input towards this matter would be appreciated.

as I am finally fed up with the shittiness of DEdit i have (futilely) tried to find any way to convert ed files to any other format, or another way around, so i could use other editor. i opened .ed file with hex editor in hope that it will contain groupped sets of verticle coordinates for each face and failed again. so i have questions:

1. is there any .ed<->any other editable format converter?

Played little R2 again... And playing with those flying or at least gliding aliens

made me want real flying aliens... Of course it is propably not really possible

since all new model would be needed and lots and lots of all new anims...

I opened this topic to see player's POV , what do they think AJL must do with striker.

My opinion on striker is:

Seeker is unfair for humans, they move slowly and if stand on one place so itl not track, theyre easy targets.

For Pred vs Pred - seeker is not a good weapon since it does not tracks cloaked predators.

For Aliens - it is OK, because they can avoid it (you need ping around 150 to do it anyway)

So, i think it must be either replaced or be retweaked.

Do whatever you please to do. I won't allow any new players there. Only players who has played minimum 1 year.

Everything is allowed. Striker is allowed when I remember to unban it. All the weapons are allowed. Chat kills and such are allowed. If you don't like, instead of complaining, leave the server.

Alright, little update.... With the release of V9 Tank turrets are finally possible! So I've begun reworking the APC and dropship.

The APC's rear turret fires the particle beam phalanx, while the front turret= minguns

Ok, today i decided to open CoOp server (singleplayer maps for multiplayer)

To join:

1). Get http://sharesend.com/download/tnh1z

2).Place it into AvP2/x-coopmod folder (youl maybe wil need 2 create one)

3).Unrar -> launch the .bat file.

4). add -rez x-coopmod to your ajlmod\avp2cmds2.cfg

5).Join!

Or just make sure you have M#S# in one of your rez's \ folders multi teamdm folder

In reality if the Xenomorph or the Yautja really existed which one you would fear more and why ? I tend to think of the Xeno as feral and would capture or make a meal out of me regardless of the situation. The Predators I imagine as gladiator-hunter who would battle those who want to engage and make a trophy out of them. Hello everyone, as some of you know I am making a movie on the AJL mod, and some from AJL have wondered if they can help, so I created and opened some new slots for people who want to help. at this moment in time the actors catagory is filled but may open and i will keep this area informed if any actor slots open.
